Terry Smith is the president and owner and has been in the industry for 30 years. He relocated from Chicago in 1988 to Glen Carbon where he worked in Troy, Illinois for a period of time before opening A Action Lock & Security Inc. Terry works with our vendors on a day to day basis to remain on top of any new and revised products in the industry. His motto is "Never a job too small or too big, we do it with pride and we do it right."
